I found Nel at the last minute, driven by my fear of repeating my previous experience. I was incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with her. Throughout my prenatal journey, she provided tremendous support, prepared me thoroughly, and was always available to address any concerns I had. The birth experience with her by my side was completely different—I can now truly say that the delivery was amazing.
